We focus on two core processes: film blowing and coating. Using three-layer co-extrusion equipment, we produce PE film from 0.015mm to 0.25mm thick. We then coat it with water-based acrylic adhesive to make PE protective film with adjustable peel adhesion from 5g to 800g. Our key equipment includes blown film machines, coaters, printers, slitters, and rewinders, supported by a centralized feeding system and automatic thickness gauge. We continuously upgrade our equipment to improve efficiency and capacity.
