    We specialize in PE film and PE protective film, including PE protective film, PE printed film, PE laminated film, PE packaging film, low-temperature film, vacuum film, freeze-resistant film, retort film, anti-static film, stretch film, and more. These are widely used in home appliances, stainless steel, aluminum panels, aviation, and food packaging industries.

    • Specification: Thickness from 0.03mm to 0.2mm, width from 10mm to 2000mm, length customizable

    Our PE protective film is made from self-produced PE film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive. Key specifications include:

    • Thickness: 0.02mm – 0.15mm

    • Width: 2mm – 1600mm

    • Peel adhesion: 5g – 800g (standard 50g – 300g)

    • Colors: Transparent, light blue, milky white, black-white, grass green, Chinese red, etc.

    • Functional properties: Anti-static, UV resistant, high-temperature resistant (above 80°C), acid-alkali resistant, easy peel

    A:

    We have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Science and Technology SME, and a Provincial "Specialized and Refined" SME. We also hold a municipal-level R&D center. In 2023, we obtained the National Industrial Production License for food-grade products, qualifying us to produce food contact packaging materials. To date, we have accumulated 2 invention patents, 15 utility model patents, and 2 provincial-level new products.

Customized Adhesion for Every Finish: We offer a calibrated range of adhesion levels tailored to specific surface roughness. Whether it is a super-smooth mirror surface requiring ultra-low tack or a coarse brushed surface needing high-bond adhesion, our films ensure a perfect fit without edge lifting.
Optimized for Deep Drawing & Fabrication: Designed with superior elongation and tensile strength, our film stretches synchronously with the metal during stamping, bending, and deep drawing. It prevents tool marks and pressure points, ensuring the integrity of the underlying finish.
Zero Residue & No Ghosting: Our proprietary adhesive formula ensures that the film can be peeled off effortlessly, even after long-term storage or exposure. It leaves no glue residue and no "ghosting" marks, eliminating the need for costly secondary cleaning.
Weather & UV Resistance: For stainless steel used in architectural facades or outdoor environments, our films are UV-stabilized. They maintain stable physical properties under sunlight and high temperatures (up to 80°C+), preventing the film from becoming brittle or bonding permanently to the metal.
Ultra-Low Gel Points (Crystal Points): Thanks to our high-purity PE resin and filtered extrusion process, our films feature minimal crystal points. This is crucial for high-end decorative sheets, as it prevents "dimpling" or uneven pressure marks during stacking and processing.

Zhejiang Feifan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 in Deqing, Zhejiang. For over 20 years, we have focused on PE film and PE protective film.

From blowing and coating to slitting and packaging, we control the whole process in-house. With advanced equipment and a centralized feeding system, we produce 8,000 tons of PE film and 50 million square meters of PE protective film annually.

Our products serve appliances, stainless steel, aviation, food packaging, and more. Customers include Robam, Fotile, BYD, and Haier.
