Our Self-Adhesive PE Film is an "Optical Grade" solution manufactured via multi-layer co-extrusion. By utilizing a specialized tack-layer instead of traditional adhesives, we provide a clean, secure bond that protects the integrity of the PC surface without any risk of chemical contamination.

    A:

    Our PE protective film is made from self-produced PE film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive. Key specifications include:

    • Thickness: 0.02mm – 0.15mm

    • Width: 2mm – 1600mm

    • Peel adhesion: 5g – 800g (standard 50g – 300g)

    • Colors: Transparent, light blue, milky white, black-white, grass green, Chinese red, etc.

    • Functional properties: Anti-static, UV resistant, high-temperature resistant (above 80°C), acid-alkali resistant, easy peel

    A:

    We have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Science and Technology SME, and a Provincial "Specialized and Refined" SME. We also hold a municipal-level R&D center. In 2023, we obtained the National Industrial Production License for food-grade products, qualifying us to produce food contact packaging materials. To date, we have accumulated 2 invention patents, 15 utility model patents, and 2 provincial-level new products.

Key Features & Advantages

Zero Chemical Interaction (Self-Adhesive Technology): Traditional glue-coated films can sometimes react with polycarbonate, leading to "stress cracking" or surface clouding. Our self-adhesive technology uses no liquid glue, ensuring the film is chemically inert and leaves zero residue or ghosting, even on ultra-clear sheets.
High-Temperature Stability for Thermoforming: PC sheets often undergo secondary processing. Our film is engineered to withstand temperatures above 80°C, maintaining stable adhesion during warm-bending or light thermoforming processes without "baking" onto the substrate.
Optical Purity & Low Gel Points: In the world of PC sheets, clarity is everything. We strictly control our production to ensure minimal crystal points (gel points). This prevents pressure marks or "dimples" from appearing on the sheet when rolls are stacked or stored under pressure.
Easy Peel & Anti-Static Properties: PC is highly prone to static electricity which attracts dust. Our film can be customized with anti-static layers, ensuring that the sheet remains dust-free during the peeling process and assembly.
Superior Abrasion & Impact Defense: Despite its flexibility, our film provides a tough physical barrier against scratches from CNC routing, saw cutting, and rough handling during international shipping.

Zhejiang Feifan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 in Deqing, Zhejiang. For over 20 years, we have focused on PE film and PE protective film.

From blowing and coating to slitting and packaging, we control the whole process in-house. With advanced equipment and a centralized feeding system, we produce 8,000 tons of PE film and 50 million square meters of PE protective film annually.
