    Our PE protective film is made from self-produced PE film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive. Key specifications include:

    • Thickness: 0.02mm – 0.15mm

    • Width: 2mm – 1600mm

    • Peel adhesion: 5g – 800g (standard 50g – 300g)

    • Colors: Transparent, light blue, milky white, black-white, grass green, Chinese red, etc.

    • Functional properties: Anti-static, UV resistant, high-temperature resistant (above 80°C), acid-alkali resistant, easy peel

Optimized for "Skin-Feel" & Matte Textures: Matte PET surfaces are sensitive to "polishing" (shiny spots) caused by friction. Our film features a soft-touch inner layer that cushions the panel, ensuring the matte finish remains uniform and velvety throughout transit and installation.
Zero Ghosting & No Adhesive Transfer: Utilizing eco-friendly blade-coating technology, this PET protective film can be customized with varying viscosities to perfectly match different matte finishes. It is easy to apply and remove without leaving any residue, ensuring the PET panel remains crystal clear.
Anti-Static Functional Layer: PET is highly prone to static, which attracts construction dust. Our film can be upgraded with an anti-static treatment, neutralizing surface charges and ensuring that the panel stays clean when the film is finally peeled off by the consumer.
Superior Puncture Resistance for Cabinet Assembly: Designed to withstand the rigors of the factory floor, our film protects PET sheets during CNC cutting, edge-banding, and drilling. It provides a tough physical shield against tool impacts and abrasive debris.
Clean-Room Grade Purity (Low Gel Points): High-gloss PET acts like a mirror. We strictly control crystal points (gel points) in our production to ensure no impurities leave pressure dimples on the panel, maintaining an "Optical Grade" surface finish.
