    Our PE protective film is made from self-produced PE film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive. Key specifications include:

    • Thickness: 0.02mm – 0.15mm

    • Width: 2mm – 1600mm

    • Peel adhesion: 5g – 800g (standard 50g – 300g)

    • Colors: Transparent, light blue, milky white, black-white, grass green, Chinese red, etc.

    • Functional properties: Anti-static, UV resistant, high-temperature resistant (above 80°C), acid-alkali resistant, easy peel

Optimized for UV-Cured Coatings: UV coatings can sometimes "outgas" or react with standard rubber-based adhesives. Our film uses a co-extruded tack layer that is chemically inert, ensuring it will not cause "ghosting," clouding, or changes in the gloss level of the panel.
Soft-Touch Abrasion Barrier: Wood veneer panels are often moved and stacked during furniture production. Our film acts as a "cushion," featuring high impact resistance and a smooth texture that prevents friction scratches from sand, dust, or adjacent panels.
Stable Adhesion with Easy-Peel Performance: We offer calibrated adhesion levels (Very Low to Medium) to match the specific texture of your UV finish. The film maintains a consistent bond strength over time, ensuring it won't "lock" onto the surface, making it effortless for the end-user to remove in one piece.
High Transparency for Grain Inspection: Our high-clarity films allow QC inspectors and buyers to see the natural beauty and grain direction of the wood veneer through the film, reducing the need to peel and re-apply protection during the manufacturing process.
Zero Residue Guarantee: Because we use traditional process technology, there is no glue transfer. The surface remains 100% clean and ready for immediate final assembly or polishing once the film is removed.
