UV-Stabilized Anti-Aging PE Protective Film

Extreme sunlight and oxygen exposure can cause standard protective films to degrade, leaving behind hard-to-remove residue or "baked-on" adhesive. Our Anti-Aging PE Protective Film is specially formulated with high-concentration UV inhibitors and antioxidants during the three-layer co-extrusion process. This creates a robust barrier that maintains its physical integrity and easy-peel properties even under intense solar radiation and harsh environmental conditions.

These are widely used in home appliances, stainless steel, aluminum panels, aviation, and food packaging industries.

    Yes. We support customization in three areas:

    • Specification: Thickness from 0.03mm to 0.2mm, width from 10mm to 2000mm, length customizable

    • Performance: Adhesion adjustment, color customization, anti-static value, cleanliness level

    A:

    Our PE protective film is made from self-produced PE film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive. Key specifications include:

    • Thickness: 0.02mm – 0.15mm

    • Width: 2mm – 1600mm

    • Peel adhesion: 5g – 800g (standard 50g – 300g)

    • Colors: Transparent, light blue, milky white, black-white, grass green, Chinese red, etc.

    • Functional properties: Anti-static, UV resistant, high-temperature resistant (above 80°C), acid-alkali resistant, easy peel

    A:

    We have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Science and Technology SME, and a Provincial "Specialized and Refined" SME. We also hold a municipal-level R&D center. In 2023, we obtained the National Industrial Production License for food-grade products, qualifying us to produce food contact packaging materials. To date, we have accumulated 2 invention patents, 15 utility model patents, and 2 provincial-level new products.

Extended UV Resistance (Up to 12 Months): Engineered to withstand prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays. Depending on your specific requirements, we offer protection levels ranging from 6 to 12 months of outdoor durability without the film becoming brittle or losing its tensile strength.
Anti-Oxidant & Anti-Degradation Technology: Our film contains specialized additives that prevent the polyethylene molecular chain from breaking down when exposed to oxygen and heat. This ensures the film remains flexible and "one-piece removable" throughout the project lifecycle.
Stable Adhesion in Extreme Climates: Whether in freezing winters or tropical heat (up to 80°C+), the adhesive bond remains stable. It prevents "adhesion buildup," a common issue where sun exposure causes standard films to bond too strongly to the substrate.
Weatherproof Barrier: Beyond UV protection, the film acts as a shield against acid rain, humidity, and salt spray, making it the ideal choice for coastal construction projects and international sea freight.
High Clarity & Custom Colors: Available in high-transparency for surface inspection, or in Black & White and Blue for maximum heat reflection and UV blocking.

Zhejiang Feifan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 in Deqing, Zhejiang. For over 20 years, we have focused on PE film and PE protective film.

From blowing and coating to slitting and packaging, we control the whole process in-house. With advanced equipment and a centralized feeding system, we produce 8,000 tons of PE film and 50 million square meters of PE protective film annually.
